1. Using Suparko
These terms apply to the public website at suparko.com and the application at app.suparko.com. If you use Suparko for an organisation, you must be authorised to act for it. You must have the legal capacity or authorisation required to agree to these terms under the law that applies to you.
A separate written service agreement may define your subscription, hosting, support or data processing arrangement. If it expressly changes these terms for that arrangement, the agreed provisions take priority on that subject.
2. Accounts and credentials
Give accurate account information and keep it current. An administrator may create or invite your account. Complete the required first-login setup, replace a temporary password and keep your sign-in details secure.
Do not share an individual login with another person or disclose another user’s temporary password. You are responsible for the activity you authorise through your account and connected credentials, subject to applicable law. Contact us promptly if you believe credentials have been exposed or used without permission.
Your email identifies your account. Changes to account information or access may require verification and may end existing sessions or connections. We can refuse a request that would give an unauthorised person access to another person’s account.
3. Workspaces, projects and permissions
A workspace administrator controls membership and relevant workspace settings. Projects can contain multiple teams; project and team permissions determine which work a member can read or change. Access to one workspace or team does not grant access to every private project or other workspace.
Only upload or share information you are entitled to use in that workspace. A colleague’s ability to access a record may change when membership, project grants, chat participants or file permissions change. Do not try to bypass these controls.
If your organisation removes your membership, you may lose access to its workspace. Your past contributions and activity records may remain there. Work with the administrator to arrange any export or handover you are authorised to make before access ends.
4. Your content
You retain your ownership and other rights in the content you upload, subject to any separate rights held by your organisation or another person. These terms do not transfer ownership of your tickets, messages or files to Suparko.
You authorise Suparko and the infrastructure needed to run it to store, process, display and transmit your content to provide the features you use, follow your authorised instructions, secure the service and support recovery. This authorisation is limited to operating the service and meeting applicable obligations.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of your content, including permission to upload another person’s information or copyrighted material. Do not upload information that needs a contractual or security arrangement we have not agreed with you.
5. Acceptable use
Use Suparko lawfully and respect other people’s access and work. Do not:
- Access accounts, private projects, chats or files without permission, or attempt to avoid an access restriction.
- Upload malware, use the service for fraud or harassment, or share content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Expose passwords, authentication tokens or private information that you are not authorised to disclose.
- Send spam or create abusive automated requests that disrupt the service or other users.
- Misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person or use Suparko to carry out an unlawful activity.
6. MCP and connected services
A connection you approve may read information or make changes using its granted permissions. Review the workspace, scope and execution mode before approving it. Suparko’s remote MCP tools are limited to tickets; the authorised member’s current access still applies.
Review a proposed change before approving a draft, and use direct execution only when you intend an authorised tool to make the change. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Verify important details against the underlying records and do not treat an AI response as professional advice.
A connected service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for deciding whether to connect it and whether the information you send is appropriate. Revoking a connection stops future access through it; it does not erase data already received by that service.
7. Commercial arrangements and limits
Any fees, payment dates, subscription period, renewal, cancellation terms or support commitments must be stated in the arrangement agreed with you. The public website does not itself create a paid subscription or promise a particular price or response time.
Workspace storage, membership and other capacity limits depend on the workspace configuration and agreed service. A file upload remains subject to available storage and technical limits. A demonstration or example is not a commitment to unlimited storage or to every feature being available in your arrangement.
If you need a particular feature, service level or capacity for your work, confirm it through the contact form before relying on it.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Suparko useful and reliable, but maintenance, network problems, defects or events outside our control may interrupt it. Features can change as the product develops. No uninterrupted availability or particular service level is promised unless it is separately agreed in writing.
Keep appropriate copies of work you need for your own operations and confirm any required recovery arrangement. An available backup does not guarantee that every change or file can always be recovered. Do not rely on Suparko as an emergency service or as the sole safeguard for irreplaceable information.
9. Suspension, closure and deletion
We may restrict or suspend an account or workspace when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security risk, a legal requirement or a material breach of these terms. An organisation may separately change or remove your workspace access. A suspension does not itself erase stored data.
Contact us about closing an account or workspace. We will verify the requester’s authority and consider any agreed export or retention arrangement. Archiving content or placing a file in Trash is different from permanently deleting it.
The Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion, including the effect on activity history and backup copies. Closure does not remove any obligation that properly arose before closure.
10. Responsibility and your legal rights
Except for commitments made in a separate written agreement or required by law, the service is provided as available. We do not promise that it is free of all errors or suitable for every particular purpose. Each party remains responsible for its conduct under applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes a right, liability or remedy that the law does not allow to be excluded, including any mandatory consumer or data protection right. Any applicable limit on liability in a separate agreement remains subject to those legal restrictions.
Contact us first about a service dispute so we can understand the issue and try to resolve it. These terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration process or require you to waive rights available under applicable law.
11. Product material and updates
The Suparko name, logo, website design and product material remain subject to the rights of their owner and applicable third-party licences. You may use the service and documentation for their intended purpose. Do not present Suparko branding as your own product or imply an endorsement that has not been given.
The date at the top identifies this version of the terms. Updated terms will be posted here and apply prospectively, subject to any separate agreement and applicable law. Contact us if a change raises a question about your arrangement.
