A calmer way to stay in the loop

Work notifications that lead to context.

Review in-app mentions and ticket updates, open the related work, manage read states, answer project check-ins and choose personal notification preferences.

Why Notifications

Not every update needs another conversation. A dedicated attention center helps you find the work that needs a response.

Capabilities

What you can do with Notifications.

01

Bring relevant updates together.

See the events related to your work in one place. Mentions and ticket activity lead back to the record that gives the update meaning.

  • Mentions and assignments
  • Comments and status changes
  • Unread indicators
02

Move from notification to context.

Open the linked ticket or conversation to understand what changed and decide what to do. Current permissions are checked when the record opens.

  • Links into the source record
  • All and Unread filters
  • Read and unread controls
03

Keep messages and attention distinct.

Chat remains the place for discussion. The notification center gives work updates their own review flow, so navigation has a clearer purpose.

  • Top-bar notification access
  • Dedicated notifications page
  • Personal notification preferences
04

Check-ins that keep projects moving.

Managers schedule check-in questions, overdue reminders and weekly summaries for a project. They arrive in each recipient’s project inbox, in the app.

  • Scheduled check-in questions
  • Overdue reminders
  • Weekly project summaries

A typical workflow

How it comes together.

  1. Review your unread updates

Start with what is new instead of the whole history.

  2. Open the linked context

Read the ticket or conversation behind the update.

  3. Take the next action

Reply, update the ticket or review the attachment.

  4. Mark the update as read

Keep the list as a reliable to-do signal.
