From idea to delivery

Project management with clear next steps.

Manage projects and track tickets with owners, priorities, labels, relations, custom team workflows, board and list views, saved views and bulk actions.

Why Work & projects

A board tells you what is moving. A ticket tells you what matters. A project gives both a direction.

Capabilities

What you can do with Work & projects.

01

Plan with enough context to act.

Capture the problem, expected outcome and supporting files in the ticket. Add an owner, priority and due date so the team can see what should happen next.

  • Descriptions, labels and attachments
  • Five priority levels and due dates
  • Templates and recurring tickets
02

A workflow that fits each team.

Board and list views show the same tickets from different angles. Team-specific statuses keep a design review distinct from an engineering handoff.

  • Custom statuses for every team
  • Board and list views of the same records
  • Workspace and personal saved views
03

Keep the handoff in the record.

Break large work into sub-issues, mark what blocks what and discuss changes where the next person will look. Activity stays with the ticket.

  • Sub-issues and blocking relations
  • Comments and activity history
  • Bulk changes to up to 100 tickets
04

See delivery at a glance.

The Planning tab turns accessible project data into milestones, workload and a dated delivery list, so status meetings start from the same facts.

  • Project dates and dated milestones
  • Workload and blocked work by assignee
  • An eight-week delivery trend

A typical workflow

How it comes together.

  1. Capture the problem

Write the outcome, attach evidence and place the ticket in its project and team.

  2. Choose an owner and priority

Make responsibility and urgency visible before the work starts.

  3. Move through the team workflow

Statuses follow each team’s own stages, on the board or in a list.

  4. Review the outcome

Comments, relations and activity keep the decision with the work.

FAQ

Work & projects questions

Short, factual answers about how this part of Suparko works today. For more, read the full questions and answers.

Can each team have its own workflow?

Yes. Each team has its own issue statuses, labels, templates and recurring-issue settings. A project can contain multiple teams.

Do board and list views share the same issues?

Yes. They present the same issue records. Display options, grouping and filters change how you review them.

Can we bring our existing Linear issues?

Workspace administrators can import a Linear issues CSV export of up to 10,000 issues. A dry-run preview maps people and teams before anything is created. Comments and attachments are not part of the CSV import.

Can I try the interface?

Read the illustrated guides in Resources, contact us to discuss a workspace, or sign in to an account your workspace administrator has provided.
