Find the right file, keep the context

File sharing for your team’s work.

Organize files in personal and shared drives. Browse folders, preview images, video and audio, keep earlier versions and share files with teammates.

Why Drive & files

Files should be easy to find and easy to understand: what they contain, who owns them and where they belong.

Capabilities

What you can do with Drive & files.

01

Separate personal work from shared knowledge.

Your Drive and Shared Drive give files a clear home. Organize materials by project, topic or team without turning everything into one crowded folder.

  • Your Drive and Shared Drive
  • Folders, stars, copy and move
  • List and grid browsing
02

Review before you download.

Preview images, video and audio in place, then check the details. Replacing a file keeps the earlier version available until the file is permanently deleted.

  • Inline image, video and audio previews
  • Descriptions and tags
  • Version history with downloads
03

Make ownership and sharing intentional.

The file owner or an administrator chooses who can open or change a file. Sharing a folder applies to its contents.

  • Editor, Viewer or No access
  • Trash and restore
  • Permission checks on previews and downloads

A typical workflow

How it comes together.

  1. Choose personal or shared Drive

Decide the audience before you upload anything.

  2. Create a folder for the work

Give related files a predictable, named home.

  3. Add and preview the files

Watch the upload queue and check each preview.

  4. Share with the intended people

Grant Viewer unless someone needs to edit.

FAQ

Drive & files questions

Short, factual answers about how this part of Suparko works today. For more, read the full questions and answers.

Can files be linked to issues and conversations?

Yes. Issues and Chat support file attachments alongside the dedicated Drive interface. Access follows the file’s location and sharing permissions.

Can clients review a file?

Yes, through the client portal. A project manager publishes a saved file version; invited client accounts can download that exact version, comment and, when approvals are enabled, approve it or request changes.

Where are production files stored?

Uploaded files are stored on Suparko’s server infrastructure. Preview and download requests are authenticated and checked against current access permissions.

How should I share personal files?

Open the file’s sharing controls, choose the intended recipients and use Viewer unless editing is required. Check the destination before moving a file into Shared Drive, because its audience can change.
