The Suparko product

Everything a project needs, in one workspace.

Tickets and planning, team chat, shared files, notifications and a client portal, connected by the same server-enforced permissions. Compatible AI clients can work with authorized tickets through MCP.

Core modules

Five modules. One shared context.

Each module has a dedicated page and guide. Together they keep the plan, the discussion and the evidence connected.

Across the platform

The pieces that make a project run.

These capabilities work across modules. Availability of some features depends on your role and on what an administrator enables.

Client portal

Publish a saved file version to invited client accounts. Clients download that exact version, comment, and approve it or request changes.

Project knowledge

Write project briefs, pages and decisions. Every save keeps a permanent revision, and a decision can link to its ticket.

Planning

Project dates, dated milestones, workload by assignee, blocked work and an eight-week delivery trend for each project.

Check-ins & reminders

Schedule check-in questions, overdue reminders and weekly summaries. They are delivered in the app, in each project inbox.

Suparko AI

When an administrator enables it, members ask questions and get read-only answers drawn from records they can access, with linked sources.

Import & export

Administrators export a portable Suparko archive and import Suparko archives or Linear issue CSV files after a dry-run preview.

Server-enforced permissions

Workspace roles plus project, team and file access are checked on the server for every read, search, reference and change.

Member presence

See whether a teammate is active now, away or offline, with a last-seen time based on recent activity in the workspace.

Why one workspace

Fewer places for context to get lost.

A qualitative comparison of common project habits. It describes how the product works, not a measured outcome.

TopicWith scattered toolsWith Suparko
DecisionsAgreed in a chat thread, then hard to find when the work starts.Chat references the ticket, and the outcome is recorded as a decision with revisions.
OwnershipA spreadsheet row or a message says who is on it, until it changes.Every ticket has an owner, priority, status and history in the team’s workflow.
FilesAttachments are copied between tools and the latest version is unclear.Drive keeps earlier versions, and sharing is explicit: Editor, Viewer or No access.
Client reviewFeedback arrives by email about a file that may have changed since.Clients respond in the portal to a published version identified by its file digest.
QuestionsSomeone searches several tools, or asks the person who remembers.Suparko AI, when enabled, answers from records you can access and links its sources.

Make the business case

Estimate what a clearer workday is worth.

Looking for a file, repeating a decision, chasing an update. Enter your own assumptions to see what recovered minutes add up to.

Your example60 hours

of team capacity per month, worth about $2,700 at your hourly assumption.

12 people × 15 min × 20 workdays ÷ 60

This is a planning example built only from the numbers you enter. It is not a measured Suparko result or a savings guarantee. Capacity value is not cash savings, and subscription and implementation costs are excluded.

Evaluate with real work

Test Suparko on one shared project.

Start small: one project, two teams and a real handoff. Check who can see what, and whether the next action stays clear.

Before a wider rollout, confirm the requirements that matter to you. Suparko does not currently offer SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, native mobile apps or automatic email delivery for invitations and notifications. Review current capabilities and limits.
