What Suparko does and how the work fits together.
Suparko is a shared workspace for projects, team tickets, chat and files, with a client portal for approvals, server-enforced access, opt-in workspace AI and a ticket-only MCP connection for supported AI clients.
A workspace holds your organization's work. Start with a project, link the teams delivering it, and create their tickets. A project can contain multiple teams. A team can be linked to another project when its access is configured for that work. Each ticket holds a request, owner, priority, status and discussion.
Describe the work, choose an owner and priority, set a due date, add labels and attachments, and discuss progress in comments. Tickets support team-specific statuses, sub-issues and relations such as blocks, blocked by and duplicate. Board and list views show the same records; filters, saved views and bulk changes of up to 100 tickets help you manage them.
Yes. Each project has a Planning view with project dates, dated milestones, workload by assignee, blocked work, an eight-week delivery trend and a date-ordered delivery list. Project knowledge holds briefs, pages and decisions; every save keeps a permanent revision, and a decision can link to a ticket in the same project.
Sharing work with your team and with clients.
Chat is for conversations: channels, direct and group messages, reply threads, reactions and attachments. Notifications collect supported mentions and work updates in a separate attention center. Opening the referenced conversation or ticket gives you its full context. Notifications, check-ins and reminders are delivered in the app; Suparko does not currently send email or mobile push notifications.
Supported images and videos appear as media previews in Chat and tickets. Drive previews common image, video and audio formats inline. Other files, including PDF and office documents, are available to download when you have access. Replacing a Drive file keeps the earlier version in its version history until the file is permanently deleted.
No. File uploads are subject to the workspace's storage allowance, the server's upload configuration and destination permissions. Earlier file versions also count toward storage. Sizes are displayed in readable units such as KB, MB and GB. Check the specific error before retrying or contact your workspace administrator.
Workspace roles are Administrator, Manager, Member and Viewer. Project and team membership provide additional access settings, and files can have Editor, Viewer or No access grants. Read access and edit access are different, and every read, search, reference and change is checked on the server. The workspace role alone does not describe every permission.
Yes. A workspace administrator invites a client with a private link, and a project manager publishes saved file versions to that client. Clients sign in to a portal that shows only the versions shared with them; they can download the exact file, comment and, when approvals are enabled, approve it or request changes. Each response is tied to the file's digest, and portal accounts cannot open tickets, chat, Drive listings or other workspace screens.
Suparko AI and the scope of the MCP tools.
Yes, Suparko AI, powered by Gemini, is off by default. A workspace administrator can enable it once the service is configured. Members then ask questions and receive read-only answers drawn from tickets, projects, project knowledge, Drive file names and descriptions and, if an administrator allows it, accessible Chat messages. Every answer links its sources, access is checked for each question, and the assistant cannot change anything.
The MCP endpoint is https://app.suparko.com/mcp. It provides tools to search and read accessible tickets and their comments, resolve ticket options, create tickets, update supported ticket fields, and add comments. Connection scopes and the author's current permissions control which operations are available. MCP does not provide general Chat, Drive, user or workspace administration tools.
Suparko supports OAuth authorization and workspace-specific API keys for compatible MCP clients. OAuth asks you to authorize the selected workspace. A client that supports a bearer credential can use a key created in that workspace's Private API & MCP settings by an authorized member. Keys are displayed once and can be revoked. Client availability and authentication options depend on the client and its account policy.
Ticket write tools default to DRAFT, which validates a proposal without committing the ticket change. DIRECT commits the requested change when scopes and permissions allow it. Updates require the current ticket revision, and write requests use an idempotency key for identical retries. Review the selected ticket and proposed change before asking your AI client to commit it.
Accounts, invitations, import, export and current limits.
Contact Suparko to discuss a workspace. Administrators add members by sharing a private invitation link that expires after 24 hours; Suparko does not send invitation emails automatically. New users confirm their name and detected timezone during initial setup and may need to replace a temporary password. A public self-service purchase and instant workspace signup flow is not available today.
Workspace administrators can download a full Suparko export archive and import Suparko archives or a Linear issues CSV export of up to 10,000 issues. Every import starts with a dry-run preview that maps people and teams before anything is created. The Linear CSV import does not include comments or attachments, and there are no importers for Basecamp or Slack. The export is not a database disaster-recovery backup.
Resources contains step-by-step guides for the supported user workflows. Your workspace administrator is the first contact for membership and permissions. Use Suparko's Contact page for product questions, and review the Privacy Policy and Terms before using the service. Public guides use fictional example workspaces rather than customer records.
